"We have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels over the years in many parts of the world. The historic Willard is a truly 5 star experience. Has that "old school" flavor that I like. Gorgeous tiled floors and woodwork, very comfortable beds and quite rooms, excellent breakfast. The staff was wonderful and the concierge very helpful with some dinner reservations. "This is a very nice hotel, it has very nice hotel lobby and a restaurant. Good size room, the heater works but the hot water in the shower doesn’t really get hot. bed is ok but the pillows are terrible very uncomfortable because they are high and hard really hurt my neck. The location is good enough, 15 minutes ish to George Town, 10mins ish to subway, otherwise nothing else is close by. "
