"The property is an only room apartment with an en-suite bathroom and another toilet. Enclosed dining room with French windows has a bed and has been called another room. There’s no proper ventilation in that room and it doesn’t block street light well so it’s hard to sleep in that room. There’s no communal bathroom. Everyone would need to go through the bedroom of the master bedroom occupant to get to the en-suite shower which is a huge nuisance to all and is against American building code. TV...

"The house was stunning and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We used the roof-top deck every evening. It was a steep step to get onto the roof, but if you're already climbing the three levels of stairs to get there you're going to be okay. Communication with the manager May was excellent; she's very nice to work with. The neighborhood was up-and-coming with a lot of construction but seemed very safe. It was too hot to walk to major attractions so we Lyfted our way around town....

"This property was perfect for our group of 6 to reunite for shows at the nearby 9:30 Club and to explore the DC area. The apartment is just as beautiful as photographed, and the rooftop deck was our favorite of the 3 outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The area has everything you need nearby. Most notably, however, our host Anthony was very responsive and he worked to make our visit perfect for our group. "
