"We really enjoyed staying in Andrea's apartment. The apartment was clean with everything we needed for our family of four with the two bedrooms and bath and a nice common area. We appreciated the kitchenette so we could prep and eat simple dinners at the apartment as well as breakfasts. There were multiple grocery stores within walking distance, and we also walked to a playground with a splash park. We appreciated being within walking distance of the National Mall but also having a nearby metro...

"I found this listing which worked out as a great location within a couple of blocks of our family. It was an easy walk and we felt safe walking after dark. Communication with Frank was great. We did not have a rental car so parking was not an issue. We slept very well using both the bed and sofa bed. The updated bathroom was very nice. "Really nice, well appointed full 1 bedroom apartment. Well outside of downtown DC, but in a nice neighborhood conveniently located on the #32 Metrobus line. (Travel time from 14th and Pennsylvania NW is about 35 minutes plus a 4 minute walk). The only minor complaint is the sound of footsteps above, but that faded away early enough as to not present any real issue."

"This was the best VRBO / rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment was as exactly describes with everything you could need. Couch bed with a trundle was perfect for 3 little kids with a super comfortable queen bed for us. Great shower and water pressure. Ample towels for the entire week. Perfect location to be within walking distance of the sights and museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in DC!"

"This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay."

"This beautiful home is absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and book it now! The owner/host has thought of everything, but should you need anything at all, he is on-site. There are several charging stations with USB and USBC ports. Appliances are new, beds are super comfy. The neighborhood is stunning and completely safe. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Nice quick family trip to see the sights and decorations for Christmas. Took the subway, bus and Lyft wherever we went. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, street parking and great hosts. Close to everything. No issues at all. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you. "

"This hotel as great, the room though some may consider small was well designed, quiet, clean and comfortable. When I came into the room the TV screen displayed "Welcome S......". I really liked the I Pad that controled everything including daylight and blackout curtains, the wake up "alarm" that slowing lit up the room and played sounds, not a loud buzzing. The night light was a glowing glass enclosed bath that you could control the color. Very cool. The bed was very comfortable. Just a very efficiently designed space. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel was close to the Smithsonian museums and Metro stations were near-by. The hotel has a highly touted sushi restaurant and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the hotel's affordable price is an additional plus. I highly recommend this hotel."

Excellent Stay

"Our overall stay was excellent, the hotel was located centrally about 3 blocks from the White House and there are so many coffee shops and restaurants around. Our room was always so clean everyday and we loved the food at Via Sophia too. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Would stay again here in the future!"
