"We had to check in very late and it was no problem. I called ahead to check, and they were very helpful. The pod was as expected, and was clean & secure - the bathrooms were also as expected for communal bathroom (not quite so clean). Good value if you just need a space to sleep, would use again. Really lovely location, right next to canal."

"The hotel is very quaint and feels very typical of the area, although the rooms are basic when compared to the big chain hotels, they serve the purpose, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. The food in the restaurant was of a fantastic quality and the portions were somewhat enormous, but it was nice to eat traditional foods, not the same as anywhere in the world. my only cause for dropping the star was the strange waste bag alongside the toilet which was not empty when I arrived and...

"We arrived to a free upgrade which was a real bonus! Staff were all absolutely lovely and held our luggage for us before our late flight. Metro line only 7 mins walk away and fabulous location near the water. Would definitely recommend"
