"Hotel needs upgrade"

"We stayed over the Christmas holidays for 2 nights as a family of 4 in a Pirate room. We loved the design of the room, of course as the cheapest room, it was very small, not at all sound proof & some wear and tear eg lots of condensation on windows. But for the excellent price we paid we cannot complain! The children received a festive lego set gift & some sweets in the room. There was a kettle with drinks, a fridge & a hairdryer in the room. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
