"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

"The staff at this property were first class and so helpful, and always ready to assist despite it being Christmas when i stayed there. The house itself is very pretty and in a very cosy, pretty traditional Danish rural area in Copenhagen. it was also extremely clean and the bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on and i could tell it was memory foam. "We very much enjoyed the use of the kitchen, stocked with knifes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, oven, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, fridge and freezer….to name a few! Tables and chairs and also some additional food needs were available. We also appreciated the containers for empty bottles, so as to have them recycled! It was mostly clean and someone came regularly to empty the recycling and clean up after those who don’t…smile. I am a tidy and clean freak so I did...

"Without a doubt, Aargaarden is the most beautiful accomodation I’ve ever stayed. The property is stunning, the apartment was perfect and the location being so close to Legoland and other attractions it was perfect. Elisa was so lovely and was the perfect host. We didn’t want to leave Aargaarden and will surely stay there again if we make it back to Denmark one day.
