The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms. "This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone.
