"Stayed 1 night for business in an Exec room number 209. The room is large and nice, it's nothing special and starting to show it's age a little, you can tell it's an accountant designed room rather than an aesthetic one, but it's more than fine, no power points by the bed is very bad though. The hotel itself is all perfectly acceptable, clean but some fixtures and fittings showing their age with cracked tiles in the lobby. I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help.
