"Our stay at the NH Collection Medellin Royal was good. The friendly staff, especially Marcos and Carlos hotel security, made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds had an extra firm (hard) mattress, so when we mentioned it to the front desk on the last night of our stay of a total of 7 days, they provided us with a Mattress Topper, improving the hardness of this a little and modern decor. "Always an excellent & comfortable option to stay in. Located in plaza with more than 4 restaurants right floor level. Very pleasant and courteous personnel. Bedroom with huge picture window, nice long bathroom cabinet & closet. A bit dark lighting in the room (not the bathroom). Long check-in for some reason, they ask tons of questions. All is worth the stay. My 3rd time in that same hotel. "

"The service was great, they are great with pets, truly pet friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. The room didnt have a fridge and when I called, they sent one immediately. I had a health emergency and they did everything in their power to make sure i was taken care of. Overall great experience, only thing is that they dint have smart Tv's, i hope they get to upgrade their tvs really soon"
