"It’s a place where one can plan a variety activities and they will assist you, or one could just sit for hours looking out across the valley. Either way one will come away with an experience. The attention to detail with regard to the rooms and the resort itself was remarkable. It shows a tremendous care for the resort and for the guest’s experience. "Firstly the staffs are all friendly and great however the service does not reflect the product. Layout of the room is weird but that is okay. My stay would be much better if the cleaniness is there. There are bugs in the toilet and the bedsheets are stained so as long hairs found as well. Breakfast has a great variety. "

"An amazing location with our room overlooking the ocean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We used the complimentary kayaks and paddled out to the nearest island, rented a scooter and went snorkeling and hung out at the town square, Alu-Alu. Had some very fresh lobster, shrimp and squid. The room was fantastic. "

"Firstfully I had made a mistake when booking the room. I did select "superious room" which happened to be room without any windows. This was my own mistake but I was really dissapointed that the upgrade to a room with windows would have costed approx. the same price than the original room we took. I was a bit surprised of this because the hotel was almost empty of the other guests during our stay. The restaurant had a nice menu, but there was no seafood available! Even it's next to the sea and...
