"Cockroaches galore! Insects and bugs welcome! Terrible experience. The hotel staff was lost at what to do with Expedia booking. The next day they informed me that they could not find my booking when I booked and paid in the same booking code for 3 days. After sending all the evidences the staff said the previous staff was on leave and no information was given for the booking I made with the hotel. Disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended. "

" Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un surclassement car hôtel très tranquille puisque hors saison. Superbe hôtel avec vue sur le Borobudur. Construction assez récente avec piscine privé vraiment très apprécié car après-midi chaude. Personnel disponible et serviable. Menu du petit dejeuner à la carte varié, généreux et delicieux et possibilite de l'avoir à la chambre. "At first the staff couldn't find our booking from Hotels.com, which seems to be a problem quite often in other hotels as well. Then our room wasn't ready so they guy looked for another one.
