"Excellent, serene, peaceful, relaxing location surrounded by dense forest and views of mountains, rice field, villages and Borobudur temple! The staff were the super host - very humble, welcoming, and agile service! The staff understood and served well on our requested dietary preference for Jain and Vegetarian Chinese Indonesian food! The day breaks at 4pm with call for prayers so be prepared to start and end the day early! "

"We liked the Colonial architecture, and the size of our rooms was very spacious. Great views of the rice fields, its lush greenery landscapes. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Nice variety for us. Also the staff were very welcoming and it had a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. "

"I traveled to central Java as a solo female to run Borobudur marathon. There are several 5 star resorts in the area, I spent a significant amount of time making a decision and I am now more than happy with my hotel choice, Le Temple Borobudur. The grounds are immaculate, designed to perfection with a piece of art or plant or just another unique stupa at every corner, an ideal place for a short mindful walk to start or to end your day. Le Table, is probably the most serene and beautifully decorated restaurant I have ever been. The staff was very professional, yet friendly and relaxed, willing to accommodate all my food requests, also very knowledgeable and informative about Javanese cuisine. Rishma, in particular, was very kind and attentive, she made my meal time a true calming and mindful experience. The complimentary afternoon tea is absolutely to not be missed, I enjoyed it in silence in the privacy of my beautiful stupa or on the rooftop of the restaurant, alone, while taking in the 360 °stunning greenery of the valley. It was delightful to finally meet Kiki, guest relations officer, after months of excellent online communication. She was flexible and patient, she also made pre arrangements for all my activities and she ensured prompt and high quality transportation. My stay at Le Temple Borobudur was above my expectations, a 5 star experience highlighted by excellent service. I am thankful to all the staff members, they made me feel l"
