"The Mona Hotel was a nice, cozy, and vibrant hotel. The reason why we gave it (4) stars and not (5) is not really a big deal but when we lounged in the lounge area it was quite dirty at times. We would look at the front staff sitting there with no customers waiting to be checked in and we thought to ourselves that maybe they could attend the coffee & popcorn area and tidy up a bit.
