This place was amazing. Beautiful property with a swimming pool. Great views of the lake. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. My stay was absolutely exquisite.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is great, service is great and the rooms are top. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t swim since the pool was busy for two days which was a bummer but totally recommend

The staff was sub par and unfriendly, but the property amenities were pretty good. I really enjoyed the pool and the view from the room was nice. If you can't afford the Beau Rivage, this is a good second choice. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed being in the updated building.

Excellent stay, I felt like at home in this perfect room that I found very customer centric. To raise the bar to the next level of expectations, I think it would be great to benefit from: 1. A real kettle to make tea in the room 2. A toaster in the room, or the possibility to borrow one from the hotel 3. a housekeeping service until the evening (it’s challenging for a single person at the reception to handle this part)

This was a great property! We loved the location and the easy walk to the waterfront and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the onsite parking was great. The room was clean and we really appreciated the blackout shades and comfortable bed after a long flight. We would definitely stay again!
