The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. "This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back."

"Old school and old building. Excellent location and views, spacious rooms, fine service. The amenities were ok. The main issue is smoking. A non smoking hotel that hands out matches in every room, what do you think it’s going to happen? If you’re a smoker it’s for you. For me it was always an exercise in opening the windows to get the smell out of the room and close them quickly when the suicidal monkey next door smoked in their balcony"
