"I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel. Its pricing is great and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. "

"This hotel is located in very convenient location and all the hotel staffs are amazing. Stayed at family room with balcony. Love listening to hourly bells from balcony was quite a memory from the hotel. After we left, we got a message from hotel that they found out lost property and now it’s on its way back to Australian home.
