Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

A PIOR "HOSPEDAGEM" DA MINHA VIDA!

Fui surpreendido no quarto de cuecas por um funcionário que simplesmente entrou no quarto para trocar uma cortina sem bater na porta. Simplesmente entrou! Nos 2 dias em que estive no Hotel NÃO TINHA ÁGUA QUENTE/MORNA para tomar banho. Tive que tomar um banho frio. Hotel lotado e poucos funcionários para atender o Salão de Café da manhã. Mesas sujas. Faltavam xícaras e pratos. Para finalizar com chave de ouro, depois do ruim café da manhã retornei ao quarto para escovar os dentes e NÃO havia água. Sim; NÃO TINHA ÁGUA na torneira. Pra finalizar, eram 09h da manhã e o pessoal da limpeza batendo na porta para saber se o quarto estava vazio para ser limpo. SURREAL!!!!!!!!!!! A pior hospedagem (na verdade isso nem pode ser chamado de hospedagem) da minha vida.

Poderia ser melhor!

Hotel bom, com quartos de tamanho bom,tem muito potencial, mas que frustrou por alguns ocorridos. Pouca limpeza, café da manhã que vai até as 10hrs,quando 9hrs ja está guase tudo acabado e não tem reposição. Poderia ter cido muito bom! Mas não foi! Por esses fatores que faz toda diferença!!! O quarto ok, porém faltam tomadas próximo as camas, as janelas não vedam o vento de fora e um barulho grande de goteira (acho que era água de outros ar condicionados). Hotel teve 2 faltas de água entre segunda e quarta.

Hotel antigo. Atendimento no check in foi ok. Não tinha água quente no primeiro dia. No segundo precisou de 40 minutos aberto pra esquentar. Café da manhã razoável. Atendentes do dia muito atenciosas. Limpeza boa. Barato mas ruim.

Hotel péssimo! Precário! Sujo! Não encontraram minha reserva, mesmo ligando na central de atendimento e confirmando a reserva. Meu quarto não tinha descarga, estava sujo. Tive que usar balde para dá descarga. Abandonei o pulgueiro de madrugada!

Estadia complicada

Check in não queriam garantir a reserva. O sistema de reserva nao estava funcionando e alguns hóspedes voltaram dos aptos porque tinham outras pessoas. Estava em overbooking. A água quente não funcionou e havia muitas conversas do lado de fora e muito barulho dos veículos mesmo estando no 15 andar. A equipe do cafe não foi muito cordial. Recomendo treinamento em hospitalidade e mais colaboradores para apoiar a recepção e manutenção, havia apenas um colaborar em uma data que Brasília estava lotada.
