"We got e very small room at the top without any lift. In case of fire we would be stuck - no fire Escape. Only Space for 1 suitcase. The cleaning could be a lot better."

"Good check-in with upgrade to double (instead of two singles). Comfortable 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making available. A short walk to Grot market & plenty of attractions & restaurants nearby. We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was a feature room with stained glass windows and lots of carved stone and other features. Friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast in spectacular surroundings. Without doubt we’d stay again on our next visit"
