"Staff were very helpful, Rooftop bar has great views across Bangkok. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance. It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic. I’d recommend using the trains as an alternative "

"The new Dusit Thani is a top-notch facility. They have a few glitches in opening and will continue to improve as the facility fully opens. All of the products they use, from the ingredients in the foods, to the food preparation and room amenities are the finest available. I always get great service at the hotel, and am greeted by the service team whenever I arrive. I love the rooftop pool, which is great for a hot day in Bangkok. I plan to come back to this hotel often when I visit Bangkok."
