The owners met us on site and gave us a full tour, plus gave great suggestions for things to do during our time there. The apartments are modern, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and clean. "The is a very old quaint hotel. It is adorable and well taken care of. The staff is top notch and go out of their way to meet every need, even before you know you need it. They attend to every detail. The breakfast is prepared and presented very tastefully. The staff make you feel right at home. Located in downtown, it is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We will return to this diamond in the rough, for future stays in Cuenca. "
