"Nice hotel, welcoming and comfortable. Restaurant food lacked in choice for vegetarians and vegans, not really any healthy choice. But the staff were lovely and the service was great. Room was comfortable and practical, though the colour choice was a bit odd & the shower was small even for me, a small woman. But that could be that I had the odd room at the end of the corridor that the designer squeezed in."

"The medieval city of Carcossonne is amazing, like stepping back in time, and staying at the Hotel De La Cite just contributes to this feeling (although only build in 1880's). A grand, imposing building directly opposite the Basilicca puts it at the heart of the old city.
