"Great onsen experience. The hotel rooms are old and may need some updating, but they are clean. The outdoor onsen is great. The hotel is connecting to another hotel and they can provide shuttle service. The only thing I am wondering is that there is no lazy river observed which was listed in the property details. The half board meals are awesome especially the traditional Japanese style dinner. We stayed for two nights and had two beautiful dinners. "

"A fantastic hotel and centrally located in the Hakone area near Gora. The facilties, hot springs and service were outstanding. The shuttle service to Gora Station and Odawara Station were an added touch. We stayed 2 nights on our Japan trip but would loved to have stayed a little longer."
