"The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!"

"The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great and is essentially in the airport. Beautiful view of Kili from the pool. Pretty, tropical looking grounds. Would stay again."

"We paid $160 for a family of 4. The room was okay and breakfast was good. But the hotel turned off the hot water in the morning for some reason and even after asking them to turn it back on, the water was ice cold and we were never able to take a hot shower."

"we were disappointed. we expected more. also we did not like the food. there are no restaurants near by-so we had no choice but to eat in the lodge"

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was good as we are there for breakfast (amazing buffet), lunch and dinner. The fitness centre was clean and had good equipment. Hotel is a little older with lots of charm and big rooms, an update to bathrooms would be the one suggestion to consider for improving as showers were small and water pressure low. Would highly recommend staying here "
