"Our stay was very nice! Enjoyed every moment being there for the two days. Walked around the area outside the hotel and that was a good time as well. Don’t really need to as the hotel has a great restaurant with plenty choices. Staff was super nice!!!! Hotel grounds were beautiful!! "

"This place is not a backpackers hostel. Its in the middle of nowhere. 50min walk along muddy roads to town. I received 1 meal (excluding black coffee and plain bread for breakfast) in 4 days. As soon as they realise you are not buying a tour, they don't care. No toilet paper, soap. Nobody spoke English to ask anything."

Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"
