"A sanctuary within a busy large town. Very clean and super helpful Staff. The food, whether breakfast, lunch or supper was delicious and tasty. On the flip side, in areas it was tired and out of 3 different rooms, the shower/ bath combo always wanted to leak. All in all, a very good hotel to rest and recuperate after scaling Mt Kilimanjaro "

The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. Even the manger came to talk with you and welcome you. I have traveled all over and never enjoyed stay in lodge like I did this time. It considered 3...

"We paid $160 for a family of 4. The room was okay and breakfast was good. But the hotel turned off the hot water in the morning for some reason and even after asking them to turn it back on, the water was ice cold and we were never able to take a hot shower."

"We had a great stay at the Kibo Palace. It was a great place to get some rest after a long flight, walkable to town where we enjoyed the Natural History Musuem and central market, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a good mix of local options, and a decent room. The pool hours were limited but otherwise a great stay. The hotel allowed us to keep the same room as we arrived a day early for our safari and only one night was part of the safari."
