"No complaints at all. I was giving an upgrade on arrival to a room with a lovely comfortable four poster bed, with an amazing view. 5/10 minute walk to the city centre. Hostess was very welcoming. Will definitely stay again."

"Can be a bit hit or miss with this place some rooms are fine others are not due to noise through the walls (loud Americans)and various fans and extractors being loud. Also the shower was very poor. All in not worth £100 for a night."

"Very nice en suite room. Fairly new build. Staying for couple of nights bed and breakfast. Room very nice. Some dusting had been missed on the bedside lamps. Bathroom floor looked a bit grubby. Laminate on worktop where sink is had split, possibly due to water ingress and could pose a hazard for slicing open finger/hand. Shower pressure could be better. Heater was not on when we arrived. "Great location right on the west highland way. Upon arrival we were made extremely welcome and showed to our lovely large bedroom. The room was very clean and was very well stocked with beverage making facilities plus chocolate bars and cold drinks in the fridge. The twin beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. "One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is incredibly beautiful, and the service is second to none. Quiet hotel, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the food was delicious - I really can't fault it. Worth every penny. The whole island is owned by the hotel, they have wild otters and seals - the spa was beautiful too. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again"
