Way too crowded. There is too many people, including guests and people who are not staying and only go to the restaurant. We had to wait too long to check in and also to check out. The parking area is always full of cars picking up people for tours. In general, the common areas are very small for the amount of people that can accommodate plus the visitors.

Fantastic experience
We had a really wonderful holiday there. Beautiful rocky view, the best pool to take photos, and tasty food in Tama… The only thing that we feel inconvenient was we have to a buggy when we move to the pool or restaurant. Sometimes we had to wait more than 20minutes.

Great hotel, disapointing service
The hotel is perfectly located and the it has stunning views. The swimming pool is amazing. It is a shame the overall experience is damaged by the low quality of service. Not what you would expect from a premium location with such rates. Something to definitely watch out and improve!
