The property is no where near the 4 star rating that is advertised. Excellent location and convinence to perform visit the Al haram. Room cleaniness and preparation needs to improve significantly to get to 4 star standard.

Superb location
It was a very good stay for us. The hotel is very close to Mosque. The check in time is 4 pm which I found little odd. Overall a good hotel to stay with family.

This property is a total scam! The photos are completely misleading and nothing like the reality. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and from the moment you step in, you realize you’ve made a huge mistake choosing this place. I stayed for two nights, and every second I regretted falling for their deceptive photos. It’s absolutely not worth the money I spent—such a waste. I’m beyond disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. Even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn’t take it. Avoid at all costs!

Great location and comfortable beds to rest up in
Clean modern hotel with a great location. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi and its amongst plenty of food outlets. The hotel was pretty busy and the rooms look recently developed with good showers. However check the room before setting up for the stay. The bed sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Service was ok at the desk but it did take 7 hours to get an iron.

The toilet was not cleaned properly and the blankets were smelling so bad when in the morning I wake all my body was smelling and I got nausea and vormitting My kids were worried and everything in the property is used and old that all facilities seemed in bad condition They need proper repair and maintenance The AC was so cold and it had not option to control the coldness They have best location and they really should to improve their performance

Not good experience 😕
We had terrible experience and received poor service. We were booked for 3 beds room and was given a double bed room small which was cheeper than what we had booked and paid for. When i went to ask for the room change and refund the difference they said they dont understand what i said. It was a communication problem they dont understand or speak basic english.we received the corner room it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan, it was very humid inside the room.
