"Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

"The hotel is so beautiful; however, the area is very loud located next to the hospital and major hwy. The breakfast buffet is great, but the items off the menu (room service meals) we ordered were terrible, especially for the price. For these 2 reasons, we would likely choose a different location next year. "

"It was such an attractive, creatively put together and decorated place. The bed was especially comfy, and the ceiling fan was strong and made good white noise (needed in this busy city). I had the idea that it was closer to the airport than it was, but it was worth the bit of extra time it took to get there. Good value!"

"This hotel is so unique. It is full of the owner's personal and very robust art collection. Its like going to an art gallery or museum! Loved it! In a very nice area of town as well. The buffet brrakfast was great! There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the parking lot, it was excellent. "

"A wonderful and relaxing stay at Oceano. I was there for 5 nights and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Jaco. The accommodation was beautiful. "I had stayed at this hotel multiple times now, it’s my hotel of choice when I want to stay close to the airport in San José. The staff is very professional and helpful. The facilities and surroundings are very well maintained. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast was acceptable. The shuttle service from and to the airport is a huge plus. Will keep coming back! "

"Comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation. It was great to have a functioning kitchen, and the provision of quality bathroom supplies was much appreciated. The pool was good, but currently without any shade, although there is a covered area by the main building. Plenty of parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here"

"Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done.
