"Hotel was okay apart from the latch on the bedroom door being faulty. A little distressed about it as it was the day I checked in. I locked the door ready to settle down for the evening, but remembered that I had left something in my car. As I tried to exit the room the latch was stuck and had to phone reception who sent someone to break me out. The saving grace is that I needed to leave the room and that it did not happen during a fire! They did move me to another room unfortuantely it felt...

"we did upgrade the room which was nothing like in the picture ,nonethe less was comfortable and clean with very good views.the staff were beyond reproach very helpfull and very very polite at all times,did find that the rooms were not easy to find ,but the exercise was good up and down all those stairs to get there regards eddie"

"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well. Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "
