"Good location within walking distance to shopping and food. However, we feel that the staff are a bit rigid (especially in terms of check in time and check out time). There was also one particular lady who didn’t speak very good English and was kind of rude. A bit unusual for Japanese as she appeared rather annoyed because of several additional questions I asked about keeping luggages. "
