There also needs to be a direct number to the Stag because at the moment if you phone the number on the website it puts you through to a hotel in Bournemouth where staff cannot help you or give you information about directions or any other help."

"I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was serviced and I did not need to ask The room was huge with a great view of the garden The shower cubicle was the nicest I have seen. One area for improvement the WiFi, the codes were impossible even if you got the right one! The WiFi worked fine when reception put the code in but when it dropped of that was that."

"Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are. "

Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. "It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely...
