"I'm in Southgate every couple of weeks and used to stay at Lenny Henry's place over the road - think you'll guess which one that is! Spotted this on Hotels.com and gave it a try as it looked good, and now I'm a regular staying every couple of weeks. The quality is always excellent, very comfortable and clean. Unlike nearly every other hotel I stay in, there is a daily service to replace towels etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and they do a 24hr pizza service - are surprisingly good. The bar is alcohol free which does not bother me and on reflection probably a better concept. Also free high speed internet. Whats not to like?"

"Stayed just to be close to luton airport for early flight. Walkable or short taxi ride. Great lobby area with bar and areas to sit and order food and drinks. Clean comfy room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast included which was perfect and starts early enough."
