"Wow, what a great place. Arrived tired and grumpy from Italy about 9.30pm, mostly from trying to navigate from the airport parking to the hotel which was a nightmare..gawd..anyhow, easy check-in..was told the restaurant closed at 10 so we managed to get a fabulous curry and a burger and chips (welcome back to the UK! LOL)..but they serve snacks here all night. Loved it. Crashed out, room was fab, quiet, great shower…and a breakfast for Kings…bloody hell, everything was there in that buffet, and it was HOT! The staff are TROOPERS! Really friendly, sociable..even though they had been up sine 4.30am…WE SALUTE YOU! Please open more hotels like this. Thank you."

"Hotel is a ten minutes walking distance from the airport. The staff was very professional and friendly. Facilities were everything we needed to have a comfortable experience. Room was clean, modern and convenient."

"Great location for central Watford. Despite being next to the main road, the rooms were quiet. Didn’t use any of the facilities"

"Terrible nights stay. The door of the club room had a gap of about 1 inch at the bottom and any corridor noise was heard even with towels blocking the gap. Female occupants of the room opposite were rowdy, loud and had lots of “gentlemen callers” all through the night. The night staff were informed 3 times but no action was taken. They had plenty of opportunity as the “ladies” went outside for smokes every hour and banged the door on exit and entry. I know it’s hard to control bad behavior but I felt very let down that no attempt was made by staff to talk to the “ladies” when they were in there room. Seemed like everyone on our floor apart from the “ladies” were at Starbucks when it opened all complaining about the lack of sleep and staff inaction. "
