"We only stayed for one night but I cannot fault this hotel! It’s in a fab location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Other reviews mention having trouble getting into the building late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with sumptuous pillows. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manchester! "

"very nice staff who couldn't do enough for you. The beds are very comfortable, everything clean and a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of water each in the room. Breakfast was super with the best selection of hot and cold food I have had in many hotels. The location is great for transport ( Oxford Rd station is just a short walk away) and the theatre."

"My stay at the hotel was good, lovely room, I liked coffee tray with biscuits, mints and water. I expected free transfer from railway station and to the airport the next morning. I’ve stay at this hotel many times and didn’t realise the bus pick up had changed and I was left at the station couldn’t get in touch with hotel and hitched a lift on Clayton’s bus. Then had to pay to go to airport on the morning. This needs to be highlighted and it also makes stay a little more expensive."

"The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient."
