"Most beautiful views and setting you can get in Santorini. Imerovigli is quiet and small, there was wine tasting 5 mins walk away and can walk to Fira in 20-30 mins. Its not overlooked by pedestrians like in Oia and Fira. Spa is not free though and Expedia doesnt state surcharge, and was also not open. We did have a good time here as we mostly spent an active holiday"

The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
