"Excellent wind-down, just what we needed. I made an incorrect assumption that boat was in a slip, so we would be able to come and go on our own. Boat is tied down in bay. Had I known this, I would've planned a little differently for packing ice, provisions, etc. However, all worked out fine, as Host was available to transport us back and forth from dock and boat as needed. And being away from the dock/slip made the experience so much more relaxing!"

"We booked this location for a guys weekend fishing trip to Florida. The location was top notch and being able to stay on a house boat was amazing. The owner was great and super responsive. The main living room is great. However, the rest of the boat is in major need of repairs and updating. We didn’t expect 5-star accommodations, however we did expect more than we got. If updates are done, we’d definitely stay with this host and in this same property again. "

We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. "Overall, the stay was amazing! The neighborhood was great to take a walk and the roof of the boat was incredible to relax on. We were able to do a little fishing and caught a few fish! The only improvements that I would recommend is to ensure the place is completely clean beforehand. We found two thong underwear behind the couch. Also, maybe bigger bumpers between the boats? The banging was extremely loud at night. Otherwise, this place was a dream! "
