"When I entered my room it smelled of cat urine. I called the front desk and informed them and immediately was told she would change my room. As I went out to walk back up front, the female employee was on her way with a new room key on hand and made sure the new room was fine. She was super kind and I appreciated her willingness to help. "It was extremely well lit at any time of night. The room was clean and well appropriated. Everything worked as it should. Excellent value for the price. This is my second stay there when I've gone to visit my mom in Dalton, and I would stay again. My only complaint either time is I would have liked to have an extra blanket in the room or a thicker duvet on the bed because I can get cold. Last time I did ask for an extra blanket and they accommodated me. "
