"Our queen room was on the small side however, we had all we needed. I was comfortable and safe. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The gym was stocked with supplies but the floor needed to be cleaned more regularly. In general I didn’t feel appreciated as a customer as all together efficiency doesn’t equal hospitality."
