It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. "I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"Location was great, about a 5 min walk to Ueno station and the nearby Ameyoko shopping street. The hotel is a bit more hidden, on a quiet street behind the Apa Hotel. Our room had a kitchenette but was smaller. The ad said a dining table would be included but we only had a desk so it was difficult for our family to eat in the room. One of the main reasons I booked the property was for the washer/dryer however could not for the life of me work out how to use the dryer even using Google translate to hover over the text, It ran for almost 6 hours and clothes still came out damp.
