"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. "I stayed there for 7 nights. It was pretty convenient as I could walk to either the bus or subway! Rooms are small, apparently most rooms are like that in Japan and price was Ok. I did have a nightmare with the laundry machine at the hotel but overall ny stay was ok. The staff was friendly."

"We would stay again without hesitation. The ease of getting to Shinagawa Station was a great bonus. Quick access to shops and restaurants was also a big plus. We were in the Annex tower and the room was quite comfortable, although not large. "

"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. Only recommendation I’d have for the hotel compared to others is it would be nice to have a complimentary water included in the hotel room. But overall, another...

"Easy to get to Tokyo Disney with a washer, amazing Japanese style bathroom and kitchen. Late night food and a 24 hour combini made long Disney days so easy. Friendly staff and all the basic amenities like toothbrushes so no need to pack a toiletry bag!"
