Find Hotel with a Concierge in DLF City

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"This property is very outdated. The 1st room we had was unsafe as the balcony door did not even lock. Rooms are in need of severe updating. Lack of hot water in as much we had to use other rooms to have a shower. If the hotel was busy this would been a major problem. The staff changed our first room but was not much better. "Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season.
