"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. We were made part of the celebrations and even met the General Manager of the hotel (Suman, I believe) who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Rajesh...
