We had a great time hiking at Garner State Park and coming back to the cabin to relax, fix dinner and watch a movie before calling it a night. "

"The cabin was very well kept. Nice and clean with fully furnished bedrooms and kitchen. We will definitely book again! My family and I had a very memorable time there. The pool area was very pleasant. My only suggestion is bring your own groceries, salt & pepper too🙂! OH and most importantly dont forget to bring COFFEE!!! "

If your looking for the honeymoon suite, this is not it. The picture of the porch and the scenic Mountain View does not belong to this house. Again, it really was clean and worked well for what we need. "

"We loved the house, it was very nice, clean, and lots of room! They provide you with everything you can think of. Nice kitchen to prepare our Thanksgiving feast! The balcony was huge and we enjoyed sitting out to watch the sunset and wildlife coming by to eat the corn! Enjoyed hiking as well. Maggie Cook the property manager was very nice and friendly, very accommodating. Our two Westies enjoyed the cabin as well! We will be coming back during the summer. "

"Property is isolated from other properties and gives great sense of privacy. It was very clean and exactly as presented in the pictures and descriptions. Very close to all the comings and goings in Concan. You will need to plan your river access as there is none from the property. Neals works for us and is minutes away. Would stay again. "

The river was just a walk away and easily accessible. The office was very nice and quick to answer the couple of questions we had. "We liked the cabin; it was cozy and comfortable. The first 2 nights, we were the only ones in the property, so, it was truly an away-from-it-all vacation. Our pups loved it too and was super thrilled to see deer in the yard in the morning. The river was dried up (in November), but, the trees had turned colors, so, it was nice. This location is perfect if you want to visit Garner State Park and Lost Maples. "

It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. "We had 6 people for the opening weekend of dove season. There was plenty of room, with a great kitchen area and dining table for our group to gather. It's an easy drive to Uvalde for hunting and golf. A very nice house with everything we needed!!! Nicole was always quick with a reply when we had any questions. Will definitely consider this next time, which will hopefully be soon."
