"Donny was one of if not the best host/person I have met. He is truly a great person who cares about his property and guests. Rooms were well kept, hotel style kitchenette minus microwave (inside). Great location and one of few that allow you to park by the river. I didn’t mind the outdoor cooking pavilion with a minor issue pertaining to clean pots, pans, utensils available. "We wanted a cabin off the “beaten path” and that is exactly what you should expect. It had everything we needed. It was clean, welcoming and expect the deer to come right up to the front porch. We had a great time hiking at Garner State Park and coming back to the cabin to relax, fix dinner and watch a movie before calling it a night. "
