"Having extended family down for a weekend vacation at this amazingly beautiful place was perfect. The house was so nice and the property was big so the kids could run and swim. The river access was great and the whole experience was wonderful. Will definitely recommend and rent again in the future "

"The person at the reception desk acknowledged our request for a room on the first floor or close to an elevator and gave us a large, comfortable accessible room. The only negative was the location of the hotel. Although the hotel was close to the highway, the only restaurant choices close by were Burger King and Subway. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the cost."

The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to float, swim, and soak in the beauty of the area. Derek and Lauren were wonderful hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories, this is it.
