"Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. "

"Spacious accommodations and friendly host. Host was responsive and very helpful. Beautiful views but in the Lake Arenal area, which is quite secluded. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. It was a very pleasant stay, but not in the location listed."

"Exceptional place to stay. Very nicely furnished! The bed, in particular, was extremely comfortable with really nice, cozy bedding. It made for great sleeping with the window open allowing for the breezes to blow through. Between the breeze, the sound of the nearby river gurgling, the cozy bedding, and the rain on the roof, we slept like babies. And the views from the studio were breathtaking. I would 1000% stay here again. Kelly was a fabulous host and provided us coffee and a lovely breakfast...

"We really enjoyed our stayed here! We traveled by car but it is very close to La Fortuna center so it is quite convenient to enjoy a nightlife if you are traveling without a car. The place was stocked to our needs, having a pretty private balcony was a plus that we enjoyed our sunrises and evenings on. Hannibal was very accommodating but we hardly needed anything since there were no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend to stay nere and we are back in Costa Rica again we'll be looking forward...

"This place is easy to find...looks as in the picture...excellent for long stay. This is a safe area - gated community...very clean and excellent host...got very quick response for all the questions. Parking within the community. Nice view of the Arenal Volcano! Walking distance to the downtown! Highly recommend. We stayed for just 2 night - so didn't try the washer/dryer (we didn't see this either). "

It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."
