"Hotel was very accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up arriving the next day. I called and they changed our reservations and didn’t charge us for the first night. We asked for late checkout and it was granted without problems. Staff was courteous. The room was very clean. Location in the garden district was nice. We were able to walk around and see the mansions nearby. Parking was convenient. Would definitely stay here again if O was back in New Orleans"
