My sister, unfortunately, missed out on staying at this hotel because when I made the reservation, the hotel staff deceived me by claiming that the hotel had full power. However, upon my sister and her husband’s arrival, they discovered that the building lacked power. I reached out to Expedia, who repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel to issue a full refund since my family had no intention of staying there after learning about the power outage. It was disheartening to witness the Saffron Inn & Suites exploiting this unfortunate situation for financial gain!
