"I highly recommend Greg as a host and Villa Almendro as a comfortable place to stay in Santa Teresa. If you want to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants, without being smack in the center of town, you won't find a better location. I especially enjoyed laying in the hammock while being protected from the rain, which we expected during the green season. Very peaceful! Check in was super easy. "

"We stayed in Villas Solar for three weeks, in one of the two upstairs units, which included a large, lovely porch. The unit is quite roomy, and generally quiet despite being on the main road. "First time I have done with Vacasa. I learned no physical presence at check-in, led to big problems, asking for us to send out passports while we were waiting outside in 30 heat.Very poor communication five messages unanswered for over 16 hours. Overall bad experience will not do it again. Next time I will make sure they are physical check-in’s with people I can see."

"Gorgeous house, my kids loved it very much, lots to do in the area, Rhonda had everything highlighted on a book, of what her favourite places to see were. I would stay here again, and Rhonda was a great host. The house was slightly difficult to find, we showed up super late and my service wasn’t working on my phone…. But we made it in the end. "
