"I intentionally upgraded my room to Ocean view, upon check-in I was given a room that overlooked the smelly beach and an empty lot after telling the front desk that I upgraded to an ocean view. I had to come back to check out and check in two hours later this was quite exhausting. The pool was lovely however there were no beach towels. The bartender was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff was wonderful. At one point there was one punch being served and it was being served mostly to the staff....

"Overall, a nice property in close proximity to a nice beach. It is a fairly new building, so everything still looked nice and everything was functioning. There was one issue that occurred; front desk personnel checked in a different family into our already booked unit... it was awkward when they just walked into my unit when I was cooking a meal. However, it was quickly resolved and they were directed to an open unit."
